Confused by DevOps and Agile?
Agile refers to a set of practices or frameworks that follows the principle of the Agile Manifesto. It focuses on incremental and iterative methods such as Kanban or Scrum. The core values of Agile entails better customer collaboration, enhanced interaction over tools and processes, and continuous integration.
On the other hand, DevOps is a culture that emphasizes collaboration and communication between the development and operations teams. It ensures that both the teams are on the same page during all stages of the software development lifecycle. DevOps primarily focuses on continuous deployment/delivery.
While Agile and DevOps have similar goals such as enhanced collaboration and better interactions, there are a lot of differences between them.
